US Shipping Policy

When a customer will place an order for any of our products (custom grillz), our professionals will ensure to ship the product on the next business day once the order is confirmed. Kindly note that our professionals will not be working or sending you a free mold kit on weekends and federal holidays. The buyer will get an order confirmation email once the order has been shipped to the customer-provided address.

The minimum cart or order value must be $150 or above to get Free Shipping. With standard shipping, the product will be shipped to the customer within 5-7 business days. Our standard shipping prices are as follows:

  • Priority Shipping: $9.99
  • 2nd Day Shipping: $24.99
  • 2nd Day Shipping for Mold Kit and Grillz: $49.99
  • Next Day Shipping for Mold Kit and Grillz: $74.99

The buyer must provide a valid shipping address when placing an order at GotGrillz. The products or packages that are returned to us due to an invalid address will be reshipped at the customers’ expense or refunded less the shipping charges. International Shipping Policy

Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other regional charges, and are not included in our shipping charge. The buyer must read our shipping and return policy before purchasing or placing an order for custom teeth grillz. The packages or orders returned to us due to non-payment of import duties can be re-shipped at the customers’ expense or refunded less the shipping charges.

Kindly note that the international shipping charges are $79.99. For our international customers, please contact us at (832) 781-4528 before you make your purchase so we can work out the details of the process for international orders.

We currently offer international shipping for custom-fit grillz worldwide including following countries:
Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Return/Refund Policy

As we offer custom teeth grillz and personalized products, we offer no refunds on any custom orders. The buyer must contact GotGrillz in case of cancellations/changes in the order placed within 24 hours. All custom teeth grillz are final sales confirmed by the buyer. Custom Orders are made to order and they are non-refundable. As grillz are made specifically on your order, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We can cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase as long as we have not shipped out a mold kit to you. The products or packages that are returned back to us due to an invalid address will be reshipped at the customers’ expense or refunded less the shipping charges.
