These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of any goods from our website www.gotgrillz.com. By accessing this website or by placing an order via this website you are deemed to have accepted all the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.

1.0 The contract between us. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
2.0 Availability. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available within the timescales indicated we will inform you as soon as we are aware of any delays. Custom products are provided with a estimated time frame and not guaranteed to be completed in that time. We reserve the right to additional time on any and all custom products within a reasonable time.
3.0 Order Errors. It is possible to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on “submit” during the ordering process.
4.0 Pricing. The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. All prices are exclusive of Tax at the current rates. Any customs duties, international tax by you country is the responsibility of the buyer.
5.0 Payment Terms. We will charge your credit or debit card for payment upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled. In the event of incorrect payment details being provided we cannot accept liability if a delivery is delayed. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your credit or debit card then we have the right to cancel the contract and suspend any further deliveries to you.
6.0 Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Order. You will need to provide us with your e-mail address and we will notify you by e-mail to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm dispatch of your order. An acceptance of your order will take place on dispatch of the goods.
7.0 Delivery Charges. Delivery charges where applicable are shown at the checkout and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
8.0 Damage and loss liability. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions, unless this is caused by our negligence. We will aim to deliver the goods by the time quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery time will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
9.0 Acceptance of Goods. If no one is present at the time of delivery the goods will not be left.
9.1 Delivery Errors. At the time of delivery please check the goods thoroughly before signing for them. Shortages and errors at the time of delivery cannot be rectified later. If any damage is apparent please notify us immediately by e-mail including if possible, evidence of the damage. Any goods signed for unchecked will be deemed to be received in good condition.
10.0 Risk and Ownership. Once the goods have been delivered to you the risk of any damage or loss of goods passes to you. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received payment in full.
11.0 Returns Policy. All custom items cannot be refunded under any circumstances. Discounts, promotional pricing, and give aways do not qualify for any type of refund, additional discount or monetary value. Any return of finished jewelry products (finished means any item that is not custom made.) must be made within 30 working days of receipt of the goods. Any returns outside of these dates will not be accepted. You can cancel anytime so long as the goods have not been dispatched. You must take reasonable care of the items. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order, return your items and receive a full refund if the goods are in a resalable condition. This does not apply to personalised or bespoke items, which cannot be cancelled or returned. To cancel, you can email or write to us at Customer Services quoting your order number.
11.1 Reporting Faults. If you believe the product to have a fault, please do not return it without first contacting Customer Services to explain the problem, as a refund cannot be given unless it is fully established by the manufacturer that the fault is with the product itself, and that it has not been damaged or wrongly fitted.
11.2 Returning Goods. Non-Custom items must be returned in their original packaging and protected so as to avoid any damage. Goods being returned must be sent by secure carrier and by signed delivery.
11.3 Costs of Returning Goods. Once the goods have been received at our warehouse in a resalable condition, any sum due to you that was debited by us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to your account within thirty days of your order. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we may deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
12.0 Cancellation of an Order by Us. We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
- we do not deliver to your area
- the goods you ordered were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our Suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card within thirty days of your order.
13.0 Liability. We do not offer any refunds, returns, or cancellations of custom grillz under any circumstance. We cannot be held liable for orders being delayed and or fitment issues as we rely on our clients to provide molds that are useable to make your grillz. We are not liable:
- to make good any shortage or non-delivery
- to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective
- refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods.
Both parties shall only be liable under this contract for losses, which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the relevant breach of contract.
13.1 Regulations. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislations, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The exportation of certain goods on our website to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the import of the goods you purchase.
13.2 Statutory Rights. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer neither under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded, nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
14.0 Ownership of Rights. All rights including copyrights in this website are owned by Got Grillz. Any use of this website or its contents, including storing or copying it in part or whole, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, distribute or repost anything on this website for any purpose.
15.0 Accuracy of Content. We have taken care in the preparation of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the products or their prices as advertised on this website. Any images displayed are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately represent the product in question. Any weights, dimensions and capacities given about the goods are approximate only.
16.0 Damage to Your Computer. We strive to ensure that this website is free from defects or viruses. However, we cannot guarantee that use of this website or any websites accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct equipment is available to use the website. Except in the case of negligence on our part, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
17.0 Notices. Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, all notices from you to us must be in writing and sent to our contact address at 6711 South Fry Rd STE 2 Katy, tx 77494.
18.0 Changes to Legal Notices. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions when applicable.
19.0 Invalidity. If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
20.0 Got Grillz will not tolerate the abuse of their staff or representatives either in person, on the telephone, live chat, emails or any other communication method and reserve the rightto refuse service to customers if and when incidents are reported.
21.0 Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
22.0 Third Party Rights. Nothing in this agreement is intended to, nor shall it confer any rights on a third party.
